However, my job is to either be the liaison between you and your insurance company to make everything seamless and easy for you or to work with you to make getting the care and treatment you need affordable and stress free. I have a very unique position that most doctor’s offices do not have. I find it so exciting when someone comes into the office, wants and needs the care we can provide, and is surprised when I can make it easily work within their budget.

LexiFront Office OperationsMy name is Lexi, and I manage the day-to-day operations here at the office. I handle everything from scheduling and billing to vendor relations, ensuring things run smoothly so you have the best experience possible. I also work with our marketing team to improve our outreach and keep everything aligned with our goal of enhancing patient care. I love seeing how our efforts help make your visits easier and more efficient, contributing to your overall well-being!

CaroleMassage TherapistCarole has been practicing massage for over 10 years. Her hands and elbows are amazing. She and Dr. Kim work very closely together to make sure that you receive the care that you need and expect in the office. Carole’s massage technique is extremely therapeutic in nature. Even though she has the ability to create a very serene relaxing environment, she focuses on the muscle tone and restriction that is the underlying cause of the pain and discomfort that many of her patients experience. After being worked on by Carole most patients float out of the office.

Carla JonesMedical Billing CACarla has been working in a Chiropractic office for the past 12 years. Eight of those were in the Medical Billing department where she not only worked full time as a biller/coder but she also was the primary supervisor of the front desk area. Threrefore, she is not only qualified to handle all of your insurance details, but her experience also allows her to be committed to act as the patient liaison between the patient and the insurance companies when and if there are ever any discrepancies. Her attention to detail allows her to be excellent with bringing insurance questions and problems to task and resolving them in a timely manner.
